Taste the coasts of Asia with this Eezee Noodle and prawn extravaganza. This simple seafood recipe will have you coming back for seconds so maybe make two batches 😉
• 8 cups water
• 4 packs Eezee Noodles
• 340 grams frozen, cooked, peeled and de-veined medium prawn
• 1 tbsp. dark Oriental sesame oil (or any oil you prefer)
• 4 tbsp. soy sauce
• ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
• ½ cup chopped spring onions
• ⅓ cup grated carrots
• 4 Lime wedges
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Break up noodles and add to boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Heat the oil in a separate saucepan and add shrimp, seasoning packets and crushed pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes then toss in the noodles and stir in soy sauce.
Allow to stand for 1 minute then sprinkle the spring onions and carrots over the top. Serve with lime wedges on the side. Start slurping!
